Aai Art Jewellery

You can find Aai Art Jewellery over at 15 Goregaon West, inside the Azad Shopping Centre. It is a busy little spot, especially on the weekends when everyone is out doing their shopping. The mall has been around for a while, and our shop is right in the thick of it. We spend most of our days sitting behind the glass cases, cleaning the pieces and talking to people who stop by to look. It’s not a huge showroom, but we make the most of the space we have. There is always a bit of a hum from the air conditioning and the chatter of other shopkeepers nearby. We do a lot of small repairs and adjustments right there at the counter. Sometimes the lights flicker a bit, but we don't mind. We've got our regular customers who have been coming to Azad Shopping Centre for years, and they usually stop in just to say hello even if they aren't buying anything. The display velvet is starting to show its age, but it still looks okay under the shop lights. It’s a lot of fine work, looking through magnifying glasses and handling tiny clasps. When the evening comes, the whole center gets even noisier, and we start packing the more expensive items into the safe. It’s just a steady way of life for us here in Goregaon, keeping things running one day at a time.
