Aadhala Agro Farmers Producer Company is located at 750, right by the ZP School in Savargao Pat. Being so close to the school means we hear the kids during their breaks and the bell ringing throughout the day. It gives the place a lot of life. Savargao Pat is a small place, and our office is just part of the local scenery now. We don't have a big corporate building; we just work out of this space where we can keep an eye on things. Most of our time is spent talking to the local farmers who come by after they finish in the fields. We talk about the rain, the soil, and what the market looks like. It’s all very practical and down-to-earth. We don’t have a marketing department or anything like that. We just have a desk, some chairs, and a lot of notebooks. Sometimes we stay late when there’s a lot to organize, and other times we close up early if the work is done. It’s a very human way of doing things. We know the families around here and they know us. Being at number 750 makes us easy to find for anyone in the village. We just try to keep things moving forward without making too much of a fuss. It’s hard work, but it’s what we know. We are just a part of the community here in Savargao Pat.
