A-1 Aluminium Works

Our workshop is located at Plot No. B/27E, Hissa No. 1, just off Denoar Village Road. It is tucked away from the main road, which gives us enough space to move around the long aluminium sections we work with every day. The floor is almost always covered in tiny silver shavings from the saws we use to cut the metal. We spend our days measuring, cutting, and fitting pieces together, which can be quite physical work. It gets pretty warm in the shop during the summer months, so we usually have the big doors wide open to catch any breeze. Everyone here has a specific job to do, whether it is operating the saws or doing the final assembly on the benches. We do not have a showroom or any fancy displays to show off. Most of our work is done right there on the shop floor where the noise is. Denoar Village Road has changed a lot since we first started, but we have stayed pretty much the same. Sometimes a specific job is more complicated than we expected and we have to put our heads together to figure it out. It is not a corporate environment at all; it is just a bunch of guys working with their hands. We usually have a radio playing in the corner to make the day go by a bit faster.
