A To Z Sheths Surgical Supplier & Manufacturings has been operating out of Rohit Chambers for quite some time. Being on Janmabhoomi Marg in the Fort area puts us right in the heart of old Mumbai. The building has that classic feel, with high ceilings and heavy doors that have been there for decades. Our space on the first floor is usually packed with boxes. Since we handle surgical supplies and some manufacturing, there is always inventory moving in and out throughout the day. You might see boxes of gloves, masks, or more specialized equipment stacked up near the entrance. It is not the cleanest or most modern office you will ever see, but it is a working warehouse and office combined. The street outside is narrow and always full of delivery vans and people rushing to the various offices in Fort. We spend our days checking orders, talking to hospital staff, and making sure the supplies are going to the right places. It is serious work because of the items we sell, but the atmosphere in the office is actually quite relaxed. We know our regulars and they know us. There is no polished corporate talk here. We just deal with the requests as they come in. Sometimes the heat in these old buildings can be a lot in the summer, but we keep the fans going and keep working. It is a busy, functional place in the neighborhood.
