9 Star Hospitalities

9 Star Hospitalities is based out of the Sun City Complex on Adi Shankracharya Marg in Powai. Specifically, we are in Flat numbers 1303, 1304, and 1305 in the Sun Height building. We are really close to the IIT Market, which is a very busy and well-known spot in the Powai area. Our work is all about hospitality, which means we spend a lot of time making sure our spaces are ready for guests and everything is in order. Being in a big complex like Sun Height means there is always something going on. We have three different flats that we manage, so we are often moving between them to check on things or help a guest with something they need. It’s a lot of walking and a lot of coordinating. We aren't a big corporate hotel chain; we’re a smaller operation that focuses on providing a place to stay right here in the heart of Powai. The views from the higher floors are pretty good, but we spend more time looking at clipboards and schedules than out the window. We deal with all sorts of people, from folks visiting the IIT to business people in town for a few days. It’s a busy life and we don't always get everything perfect, but we try our best to fix things quickly if something goes wrong. It’s just regular work for us, keeping the rooms clean and the guests happy.
