7 Star Men S Saloon

We are over here at Aman Chowk in Jogeshwari East. If you know the area, we are just a short walk from Jhula Maidan. It gets pretty busy around here especially in the evenings when everyone is out walking or playing. Our shop is just a regular place where guys come to get their hair cut or maybe a shave before they head home to their families. We have been at this spot for a while now. The chairs are comfortable enough and we try to keep the fans running when it gets too hot outside, which is most of the time. It is nothing fancy, just a room with some mirrors and the usual tools we need for the job like scissors and combs. Most of the people who come in live right around the corner in the neighborhood. We know most of the faces by now and we talk about the local news. Sometimes the shop gets a bit crowded on Sundays because that is when everyone has time off. You might have to wait a bit then on the small bench we have. We just do the work, sweep up the hair from the floor, and start on the next person. Jogeshwari can be loud with all the traffic and people moving about, but inside here it is just the sound of clippers and some small talk. We don't have a big sign or anything, just 7 Star Men S Saloon on the front. It is a simple life running a shop like this near the maidan.
