3Imp Drivtl Technologies Private Limited is tucked away in Malad West. We’re in Sai Nath CHS Ltd, specifically in Flat C-3. It’s a small office in a residential society, which keeps things feeling very local. We’ve been here for a while now. The space is modest, just enough for us to sit down and focus on our technology projects. We don’t have a big sign outside or anything. Usually, it's just the sound of typing and some quiet conversation. We like Malad because it’s got a bit of everything. There are plenty of places to grab a vada pav or a chai during our breaks. The building is older, but it’s well-maintained and the people living here are friendly enough. We aren't into the whole corporate culture thing. We don’t have meetings about meetings. We just talk about what needs to be finished and then we do it. It’s a very hands-on way of working. Most of us have been friends or colleagues for years before starting this. We keep things simple. There are wires everywhere and the desks are a bit mismatched, but it’s our space. It’s where we come every morning to work on the things we care about. No frills, just a lot of hard work in a small flat in Malad. It feels like we are doing something real here.
