You can find us at Flat No. 43 on the 4th floor of the Shiv Darshan building. It’s in B Wing, over on SVP Road in Kandivali West. Pratibha Agriware Private Limited is what we call ourselves, and we’ve been operating from this spot for some time. Being on the 4th floor means we see a lot of the local traffic, but once you’re inside, it’s mostly just us working on the computer and taking calls. We deal with agriware, which is a broad field but we’ve found our niche in it. It's a residential building, so it feels a bit more personal than a cold office tower. We know the neighbors and the security guards. Working in Mumbai, space is always tight, but we make it work. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do our job well and keep our clients satisfied. It gets busy during the peak seasons, and the phone doesn't stop ringing. That’s just part of the deal when you're working with agricultural supplies. We try to keep things simple. No fancy jargon or complicated processes.
