Malpe Agro Tourism Private Limited

Malpe Agro Tourism Private Limited is based out of an office in Mumbai, which might seem a bit strange for something related to farming. We are up on the 5th floor of the Shubh Commercial Premises, right across from the ESIS Hospital on Akurli Road in Kandivali East. Even though we are in the middle of the city noise and the traffic of 400101, our hearts are really out in the countryside. We spend our days coordinating trips and visits to agricultural spots for people who want to escape the city for a bit. The office is small and usually filled with maps and schedules. It’s not a fancy corporate suite; it’s just a room where we answer phones and try to get everything organized. Sometimes the elevator in the building is slow, and the hallway can get a bit crowded, but we make it work. Most of us here have families back in the villages, so we know the life we are promoting to the city folks. We don't use any big fancy words to describe what we do. We just help people find a farm they can visit for a day or two. It’s a lot of logistics and talking to bus drivers and farm owners. We are just regular people working in a regular office in Kandivali, trying to connect the city with the land. It’s not always easy, but it keeps us busy.
