Gautami Agriculturists Llp is based out of an office in Bhandup West. Specifically, we are at E 1001, Ivy, in the Mahindra Splendour building on L.B.S. Road. It’s right across from the Neptune Magnet Mall. It might seem a bit strange to have an agricultural business in a place like Bhandup, but this is where we handle all the planning and the management side of things. Downstairs it’s all malls and traffic, but up here we are focused on the land and the farming projects we manage elsewhere. We aren't your typical farmers in boots every day, but we spend our time on the phone and the computer making sure the farms are running like they should. It’s a lot of coordination and logistical work. Sometimes the city life gets a bit distracting, but the work is important to us. We don't use big fancy words to describe what we do. We just manage agricultural interests and try to keep things organized. It’s a practical setup in a busy part of Mumbai. Being near the mall makes it easy for people to find us, though they’re usually surprised to find an agritech firm in a residential complex. We just keep to ourselves and get the work done. It’s a decent way to stay involved in the industry while being based in the city. There is always a lot of data to look at, but we don't mind the quiet office work.
