Rajas Forwards English Medium School

Ramnagar is a busy place, especially with all the people coming through for the park, but our school is tucked away in Shanti Kunj. You have to turn into Gali No :04 to find us. Rajas Forwards English Medium School isn't a huge campus, but it serves the local families in this part of Nainital well. We have students coming in from different parts of the town. The school day usually starts with the sound of the bell and everyone lining up for the morning assembly. Since we are an English medium school, we focus on getting the children to speak and read in English during their classes. The classrooms are simple with wooden desks and benches that have seen many years of use. Sometimes the monkeys from the nearby trees come onto the roof, which can be a bit of a distraction for the younger kids. We have a small office where we keep all the records and files. Ramnagar - 244715 is where we get our mail. The teachers here have been working with us for a long time and they know most of the parents by name. It is a tight-knit community here in Shanti Kunj. During the monsoon, the lane outside can get a bit muddy, but the kids don't seem to mind much. We just go about our work day by day, making sure the lessons are covered and the students are safe until their parents pick them up in the afternoon. It is just a regular school doing its part.
