Laxmi Niwas is the name of the building where we are located, and you can find us just behind Hotel New Castle in Civil Lines. Metallico Impex Corporation operates out of a space that is actually quite calm compared to the main roads. Being tucked behind a hotel means we don't get as much noise from the passersby. The building itself has an old-fashioned feel to it, with heavy doors and stairs that creak a little when you walk up. Inside the office of Metallico Impex Corporation, we have our desks set up in a way that makes sense for us, even if it looks a bit cluttered to an outsider. We spend our mornings checking emails and the afternoons dealing with the physical side of the business. Civil Lines is a decent area to work in, and we have grown fond of the little tea stall right around the corner from Hotel New Castle. The light comes through the windows at a certain angle in the afternoon that makes the dust motes dance. It is just a regular office where we do our best to stay organized. Sometimes the internet is slow and we have to wait around, which gives us time to chat. We aren't doing anything revolutionary, just running the corporation and making sure the day-to-day tasks are finished before we lock up the doors at Laxmi Niwas. It is a steady way to work.
