Malhotra Golden Bus Service

We've been at Station Road for a long time now. People coming from the Moradabad railway station usually find us easily because we are just right there near the exit. It is a very busy spot with a lot of noise throughout the day. We run Malhotra Golden Bus Service from this little office. There is always a lot of dust and movement around here because of the heavy traffic. We just handle the bus bookings and help folks get to where they need to go. Sometimes the schedules have to change if the traffic is really bad on the main road out of town. My desk is usually covered in old papers and stacks of tickets that need sorting. We don't have a fancy waiting room or anything like that, just some basic chairs for people to sit on while they wait. If you walk past the station entrance, you will see our sign hanging up. It is not a big team, just a few of us making sure the buses move out on time. We see all kinds of travelers every single day, some carrying massive bags and others just heading to work nearby. The tea stall on the corner is where we spend most of our breaks when it gets quiet. It is a simple operation really. We focus on getting things done even when the road gets crowded and messy. Most people around here know us because we have been in the same spot for so many years.
