We are right here in the Gandhi Ashram Building. It's on Delhi Road in Pakbara, Moradabad - 244102. Being at Gandhi Ashram makes it easy for folks to find us without getting lost. We’ve been operating from this spot for a while now. Some days are quiet, others the phones don't stop ringing. People come in asking about train tickets or car rentals. We just try to get things sorted for them. The building is older, but it works for what we do. Moradabad gets quite hot in the summers, so the office is a place to sit for a bit while we talk about travel dates. We don't have a big fancy lobby. It’s just a desk, some chairs, and a calendar on the wall. Usually, there's a tea stall nearby where we get our morning chai. If you're driving down Delhi Road, you'll see the sign. We handle various trips, mostly for families or people heading to the city for work. It’s a straightforward business. We keep the paperwork in folders and try to remember everyone's name who stops by. Sometimes the internet is slow, but we manage to get the bookings done eventually. It’s mostly just us chatting with neighbors and helping travelers who need a ride. We aren't a big corporation, just a small local team trying to keep things moving for the community around Pakbara. We enjoy the local atmosphere here.
