Daily work involves helping people with their travel plans, whether they’re going for a pilgrimage or just visiting relatives in another city. It’s a very local atmosphere here. People often stop by just to ask about bus timings or if we know a good driver for a long trip. We don’t have a fancy office with air conditioning and glass walls. It’s just a regular room with some desks where we keep our registers and the computer. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded when a whole family comes in to talk about a trip.
