Goyal Tours & Travels

Our place, Goyal Tours & Travels, is Shop No-6 inside the Chaudhary Complex. This is located right in the Bajar Gunj area of Moradabad. It is a very busy market neighborhood, so there is always something happening or some noise right outside our shop door. The complex itself has a lot of different small businesses and shops inside it. Ours is a small unit, just enough space for us to sit and do our work. We have been here for a long time. The market noise can be a bit loud sometimes with people shouting and horns honking, but you eventually get used to it. We deal with all sorts of travel plans and bookings for the local people. There are usually piles of paper and registers sitting on the front counter. We do not have a cleaning crew, so we just sweep the floor ourselves every morning when we open up. It is a very straightforward and simple operation. We do not wear fancy uniforms or anything like that. Just regular clothes and doing our daily work. People who come to Bajar Gunj for their shopping often drop by with questions about tickets. We have a small wooden bench outside if the shop gets too crowded with people. It is a bit cramped inside when more than a couple of visitors come at once. We like being in the middle of the market. It feels like we are part of the local life.
