Laxmi Fast Food

Laxmi Fast Food is located in Naya Gaon. It is a pretty straightforward spot where we do all our cooking every day. Naya Gaon is the kind of place where everyone knows each other, or at least they know the shops they pass by on their way to work. We are not doing anything out of the ordinary here. We just show up, get the oil hot, and start preparing things for the people who stop by. Some days are much slower than others, especially when the weather is bad and people stay inside their houses. But when it is nice out, the street gets busy and we stay on our feet for hours at a time. We do not have a big staff or anything, just a couple of us working the counters and the stove. The space is not very big, so we have to stay organized or we just get in each other’s way while we are trying to cook. It is a lot of work keeping up with the cleaning, but we do what we can. People around here seem to like having a place they can just walk to without any fuss. We do not really have a big sign or anything flashy, but people find us anyway. It is just a local business in the village area, and we are fine with that. We focus on the daily tasks, making sure we have enough supplies and that the food is ready.
