Angad Fast Food & Dhaba

Angad Fast Food & Dhaba is located in Kharar, specifically in the GTB Nagar area. We are right opposite the bus stand, which is probably the busiest spot in the whole neighborhood. Because we’re so close to the buses, we see people from all over. We also serve the Chandigarh area since it’s just a short distance away, so we get a lot of commuters and students moving back and forth between the two places. The dhaba style is what we know best, so the place is simple and built for people who are usually in a bit of a hurry to catch a ride. It gets dusty and loud with the buses idling across the road, but that’s just life in Kharar. We start early because the travelers are out before the sun is fully up. There isn’t any fancy furniture here, just the stuff that works and is easy to clean. We spend most of our day dealing with the rush of people coming off the GTB Nagar roads. It’s a lot of standing on your feet and making sure the food is hot and ready. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us and the stove, making sure anyone who stops by before their bus leaves gets what they need. Mohali can be a busy place to live and work, and we’re right in the thick of it.
