Out here at Plot No. 143 in G. I. D. C. - 11, things are pretty noisy most of the time. We are right on Modhera Road in Dediyasan, which is a busy spot for a factory. At Sagar Rubber Pvt. Ltd., the air usually smells like rubber and heavy machinery. It’s not the kind of place where you’d wear a suit. We spend our days on the shop floor, checking on the machines and making sure the production doesn't stop for too long. Sometimes a belt breaks or a mold gets stuck, and we have to fix it right there. The GIDC area has a specific feel to it, lots of trucks and dust everywhere. Our building is practical, made for work, not for looking pretty. We’ve been here long enough that we know the local chai wallah and the other guys running the units nearby. When the summer heat hits Dediyasan, it gets pretty intense inside the shed, but we just keep the fans going and carry on. It’s a lot of physical work and keeping track of orders that come in. We don't have a big marketing team or anything. It's just us, the rubber, and the machines. People come by Modhera Road to pick up their stuff, and we have a quick chat before they head out. It’s a straightforward life, honestly. We focus on what’s in front of us and try to get the orders done.
