Meldi Krupa Latex Rubber Industries

You can find us at Shed No. 10 in Om Industrial Park, which is right across from the Nano Ceramic plant on the Vijapur Sobhasan Road. It’s a big industrial park, and our shed is where all the latex and rubber processing happens. The smell of raw rubber is the first thing you notice when you walk in, and it stays with you. We have a lot of machinery in here, so it’s never really quiet. We are a small team at Meldi Krupa, and we mostly just focus on the production line. Most of the day is spent checking the molds and making sure the heat is right for the material. It’s physically demanding work, especially when we have to move the heavy drums of liquid latex around. The shed can get really warm in the afternoons, but we have some big exhaust fans that help a little bit. We don't have a fancy showroom or anything like that because most of our work is for other businesses who just need the parts. We take lunch together on the benches outside when the weather allows for it. It’s a very basic setup, but it’s what we need to get the job done. The road outside is always busy with trucks coming and going from the other factories nearby. It's just a regular workday here, focused on the manufacturing tasks at hand.
