Ram Industries

Being located right on Nh No 8 means there is always a layer of dust on everything, but you get used to it after the first week. Ram Industries is in the Shilpa Compound. Most people find us by looking for Plastic Empire across the road, as that’s a big landmark around here. The compound is full of different businesses, so there is always a lot of coming and going. We do a lot of industrial work and the machines are running for most of the day. It’s loud and the floor shakes a little bit when the heavy stuff is going. We have a small office space partitioned off from the main area, but the noise still gets in. I usually have to shout a bit when I’m on the phone. We don't have any fancy signs or a big reception area. If you come to see us, you’ll probably find us in our work shirts out in the back. The highway is right there, so we hear the constant roar of the trucks passing by. It’s a gritty, honest place to work. We don't pretend to be anything we aren't. We just take the orders, run the machines, and make sure the products are ready when they are supposed to be. It’s a long day sometimes, especially when the heat is bad, but it’s what we do.
