Patel Spares & Service Enterprise

Patel Spares & Service Enterprise is located at S 7 in the Nilkanth Industrial Park. We are situated behind the Dediyasan GIDC, just off Modhera Road. The area is full of different industrial units, so it can be easy to get turned around, but we are in the section known as Nilkanth. Our unit is mostly a workspace where we keep a large inventory of spare parts. It is not a shiny showroom. It is a working shop with shelves that go all the way to the ceiling. We have tools scattered around on the benches and there is usually a smell of oil and metal. Most of our day is spent looking for specific parts or repairing equipment that customers have brought in. We do not have a fancy website or a sales team. We just answer the phone and help the people who come to the door. It is a very grounded way of doing business. We have a small corner where we keep our files and a computer, but most of the action happens on the shop floor. The industrial park is a busy place, and we have good relations with the other businesses around us. We do not use any promotional language because we think the work we do is enough. We are just a local shop providing parts and services to those who need them in the Dediyasan area.
