KHODIYAR DEVELOPERS AND INFRASTRUCTURE PVT. LTD.

Our office is at 110, Dediyasan Gidc Phase - II. It’s right in the middle of the industrial area, which makes sense for what we do at KHODIYAR DEVELOPERS AND INFRASTRUCTURE PVT. LTD. There is always some kind of construction going on or trucks moving back and forth outside. The office itself is pretty functional. We have some maps on the wall and a lot of site reports piled up on the tables. It’s a busy place because infrastructure work doesn't really stop. We spend a lot of time out at different sites, so sometimes the office feels a bit empty, but there’s usually someone around to answer the phone or handle the mail. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just build things and manage projects. It’s hard work and the hours can be long, especially when we are trying to finish a phase of a project. The Gidc area is pretty vast, so we do a lot of driving around. People know us by the name on the door and the fact that we’ve been here in Phase II for quite a while. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to get the jobs done right so we can move on to the next one. It’s a lot of concrete, steel, and phone calls, but that is just how the day goes for us.
