Umiya Plastic

Umiya Plastic is right next door to our neighbors at Plot No 65 in the Dediyasan Industrial Estate. We are pretty much in the thick of things here in Dediyasan. Dealing with plastic means our unit is always filled with the sounds of grinders and molding machines. It is a busy place where we don't really have time for sitting around. The plot is filled with molds and various plastic goods at different stages of being finished. We don’t go for anything fancy when it comes to the office side of the business. Most of the space is taken up by the production line and storage. The guys on the floor work hard, and the atmosphere is very much about getting the job done. Sometimes the electricity goes out in the estate, and everything goes quiet for a bit, which is a weird feeling in such a busy place. But usually, it is a hive of activity from early morning. We load up the trucks right at the front of Plot 65. The ground is a bit uneven and there are always pallets lying around. It is an honest living and we have been doing it this way for quite a long time now. We don't need a big website or a marketing person to tell our story. The products we make and the address we’ve had for years say enough to anyone who stops by. We just focus on the work.
