Mayur Plastic Industries

Our business, Mayur Plastic Industries, is based at K1/202/4 in the Dediyasan Industrial Estate. It is a typical industrial area with lots of trucks moving in and out all the time. We have a warehouse style setup here. Most of our day is spent handling materials and checking on the machines. The Dediyasan estate can be a bit confusing with all the different block numbers, but we have been at K1/202/4 long enough that the local drivers know us. It is a very practical space. We do not have fancy furniture or even a proper sign sometimes if it falls down. We just focus on the plastic work. Mayur Plastic Industries is just a small team of us. We have been working together for years and we have a good rhythm. The floors are concrete and they get pretty worn down. It is a noisy place, so we usually have to shout to be heard over the equipment. We do not have a marketing department or anything like that. We just talk to people who come by the estate. It is a lot of hard work and the days are long. But we like being in Dediyasan because it is where the action is for businesses like ours. We just keep our heads down and do what we know how to do best. There is no point in making things more complicated than they need to be.
