We are tucked away in I/214/A at the Dediyasan Industrial Estate. If you know the area, it’s mostly factories and workshops around here. It isn't a place where people come to sightsee, that's for sure. The smell of melting plastic is something you just get used to after a week of working here. We have these machines that run for hours. Sometimes they act up and we have to spend the whole afternoon fixing a jammed part. It’s just me and a few others keeping the place running. We don’t have a big corporate team or anything. Just some people who know how to handle the molds. The floors are concrete and usually have some scraps of plastic laying around that we need to sweep up. It gets quite warm inside the shed, especially when all the heaters are going. We keep a big water cooler in the corner because you really need it. The industrial estate has its own rhythm. You hear the sounds of other factories nearby, and the trucks coming in to load up. We’ve been at this spot for a while now. We just do our work and go home. There isn't much more to it than that. It’s a practical business. We make what people ask for, and we try to stay out of trouble. It’s a lot of repetitive movement, but it pays the bills and keeps us active every day. The work is steady and it fills our time.
