Rajasthani Store

Rajasthani Store is located at 178 West End Road. We are right in the Sadar Bazar area of Meerut Cantt, which is a very busy place to be. If you know where Maan Show Restaurant is, we are just a short walk from there. Our shop has a lot of items that you won't find in the newer stores. We like the old ways of doing things. The building we are in has been around for decades. We have heavy wooden doors that we open up every morning. Inside, it's a bit dark because we don't like those bright white lights. It feels more comfortable this way. We get a lot of people who are just walking around Sadar Bazar and decide to stop in. We sell a variety of things, mostly items that have a bit of a traditional feel to them. We don't have any big posters or marketing signs outside. Just the address, 178, and the name Rajasthani Store. Being in the 250001 area means we see a mix of army people from the Cantt and locals from the city. Sometimes the traffic on West End Road is so bad that people just park their bikes and walk to us. We’ve been here so long that we don’t really think about moving. It’s a good spot, even if it gets a bit dusty and loud during the day. We don't have a phone that rings all the time, we mostly just deal with the people standing right in front of us.
