We’ve been working out of C 25 Om Viharn for quite a few years now. Muskaan Handicraft is basically just us making things by hand in our little workspace. It’s not a big factory or anything fancy like that. Most days, the place is a bit of a mess with scraps of material and tools lying around on the tables. We don’t mind it though because it shows we are actually doing something. I usually get here early to open up and sweep the floor before the others arrive. The neighbors at Om Viharn are mostly quiet, which helps when we need to focus. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone to write fancy stuff for us. We just make what people ask for and try to do a decent job of it. Sometimes a piece doesn't turn out perfect, so we just start over until it looks right. It’s hard work on the hands, and by the end of the day, we are usually pretty tired. We don't have a showroom with bright lights. If you want to see what we are making, you just have to come by the workshop and take a look. We keep our prices as low as we can because we know people don't have money to waste. It’s a simple life and we like it that way. Just us, our tools, and the work we have to finish by tomorrow.
