Our place is at number 418 in Mundali, right near the Eidgah. It’s a busy little corner of the world, especially during the holidays when the whole area fills up with people. We do export work here, which means there’s always a lot of boxes and crates moving in and out of the doors. It’s not a glamorous job, mostly just checking lists and making sure everything is packed right so it doesn't break on the long journey. The office gets a bit dusty from the road outside, but we don’t mind much. We’ve been in this spot for years and the neighbors all know us. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait a bit, but that’s just how things go around here. We deal with all sorts of goods and talk to people from all over, even though we’re just sitting here in Mundali. It’s interesting to think about where all the stuff we handle ends up. Most days involve a lot of tea and a lot of talking to truck drivers. We keep things simple and try to get the work done before it gets too dark to see the labels. There’s no big sign or anything, just our address and the work we do every day. It’s a steady rhythm that we’ve gotten used to over the years.
