Mahalakshmi Marbles

Mahalakshmi Marbles is located at 1, Samrat Palace on Garh Road. It’s a pretty busy part of town, and most people around here know Samrat Palace, so it makes us easy to find. We have been working with marble for quite a while now. Our shop isn't anything too fancy, but we try to keep it organized so that the slabs are easy to see. The light on Garh Road can be quite bright, which actually helps when you’re trying to see the natural veins in the stone. We spend a lot of our time dusting and cleaning the surfaces because the road outside brings in a lot of dirt. It’s a constant battle, but it’s part of the job. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us here, talking to customers and helping them pick out what they need for their floors or counters. We like the personal feel of a small business. You get to know your customers and hear about their families and their homes. Most of our business comes from people who live nearby or who have heard about us from their friends. We don't make big promises; we just show what we have in stock and tell people what it costs. It’s a very simple and honest way to run things. We’re here most days, just keeping the shop going and making sure the marble is looking its best.
