Landsby Farm Seed (Opc) Private Limited is located in Meerut, up in the Pallavpuram area. Our office is at OH-230 in Phase-II of Modipuram. It is a pretty standard setup for a seed business. Meerut is a good place to be because there is so much farming activity all around us in Uttar Pradesh. Being in Modipuram gives us a good base to reach out to the local growers. The office at OH-230 is where we handle the orders and keep the seed samples. It is not a very big space, but it is enough for an OPC. We don't have a lot of staff running around. It is mostly just me and a couple of helpers when things get busy. We spend our days checking on seed lots and talking to people who stop by the office. Pallavpuram Phase-II is a nice enough neighborhood, and it is easy for people to find us once they get into the Modipuram area. We do not go for any of that corporate polishing. Our focus is just on getting the seeds out to whoever needs them for their next crop. The weather in Meerut can get really hot in the summer, which affects how we store things, so we have to be careful about that. We just do our work as best as we can and hope for a good season for everyone.
