Our company, Shiv Mandir Farmer Producer Company Limited, is based over in VPO Adyana. Specifically, we are at the home of Rajesh Kumar, who is the son of Lehari Singh. It’s in the Adiyana (48) area of Mathlaouda. Because we are a farmer producer company, we don't really have a big office building in a city like Gurgaon. We work right where our members live and farm. Most of the time, our meetings happen right there at the village office or in the fields. We focus on helping local farmers get their products to market and making sure everyone gets a fair price. It’s a very hands-on way to do business. We spend our days talking about things like seed quality, fertilizers, and how the current harvest is looking. There is a lot of paperwork to keep track of with a producer company, but we do our best to stay on top of it. It’s a group effort, and everyone in the community knows Rajesh and the family. We don’t have a fancy marketing team or a big logo on the door. It’s just us, working together to make things better for the farmers in Adyana. It can be hard work, and there are always new rules to follow, but it’s what we know. We just take things as they come and try to do right by our neighbors and fellow farmers.
