We've been at the Samudra Complex for a while now. Most days it’s just us handling the paperwork and talking to farmers or suppliers about the plastic goods. Being off C.G. Road makes it easy for people to find us, though the parking near Hotel Klassic Gold can be a bit of a headache during lunch hours. My brother and I started Ashish Agro Plast (P) Ltd. because we knew the local agriculture scene needed irrigation parts and sheeting. It isn’t fancy here. Our office at A-305 is usually filled with samples and old ledgers. We spend a lot of time on the phone making sure the orders are actually moving out of the warehouse on time. Sometimes the rains make deliveries slow, but we try to keep things honest with the customers. You might see us grabbing tea downstairs when things get quiet in the afternoon. We don't really do big advertisements or anything like that. Mostly, it's just word of mouth from people who have bought from us for years. The Nagar area has changed a lot since we moved in, but our routine stays pretty much the same. We focus on the plastic products that people actually need for their fields. It’s a lot of work, and some days are better than others, but that’s just how it goes in this business. We are just a small team trying to do a decent job every day without making a big fuss.
