Xhilsoft India Private Limited

Xhilsoft India Private Limited is based out of a house in the HIG colony of R.C. Puram. Specifically, we are at number 434. It’s a bit further out towards the Medak side of things, but it’s a good spot for us. The office is basically a few rooms filled with computers and shelving for all our equipment. It’s not a fancy setup, but it works for what we do. We mostly focus on software development and local tech support. The atmosphere here is very laid back. We don't have formal meetings in boardrooms. Instead, we just pull up chairs and talk through things in the main room. There’s a small garden area in the front where we sometimes take breaks. It helps to clear the head after looking at code for too long. The neighborhood is mostly families, so it’s pretty peaceful during the day. We’ve had to upgrade our internet connection a few times to keep up with the work, but other than that, it’s a simple operation. We aren’t interested in being the biggest company in Hyderabad. We just want to do a good job for the people who hire us and go home at the end of the day. It’s a practical way to live and work. Being in the 502032 area means we avoid some of the heaviest city traffic, which everyone in the office appreciates.
