P Praveen

P Praveen is based out of Village Bandaram, which is in the Kondapaka Mandal of Medak district. We’ve been operating from this same spot in Andhra Pradesh for quite a while now. It’s not a fancy office with air conditioning or glass walls. It is just a simple building where we get our daily work done. The village is quiet, so we don't have the noise of the city, which is nice for focusing on what we need to do. Most of the people who come to see us are locals from around Medak. We know most of our neighbors and they know us. There is a small desk where I sit and handle the paperwork and a few chairs for visitors. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow out here, but we manage to get everything sorted eventually. We don't have a big team of employees. It is mostly just me and sometimes a family member helps out when there is a lot to do. We don't spend money on big advertisements or fancy signs. People usually find us by asking someone in the village where Praveen’s place is. It’s a very direct way of doing things. We open up in the morning and stay until the sun goes down. It is honest work and it keeps us busy enough throughout the year. We are just a small part of the local community here in Bandaram. It feels good to be part of it.
