Badugu Bhaskar

My name is Bhaskar and I run things from my house, H No 1-79, in Lingupalli Village. This is over in Mirdoddi Mandal in Telangana. It’s a small village and everyone knows each other’s business. I started doing this because there wasn’t much else around here and I wanted to stay close to my family. My place is right on the main dirt path, so it’s pretty easy to spot. Sometimes the chickens from the neighbor’s yard wander into my workspace, but I don’t really mind the company. It’s just the way life is out here in the district. I don’t have a big office or a sign with bright lights. Most people just walk up to the door and ask for Bhaskar. I handle whatever work comes my way, usually helping out with local needs that people have. The summers are very hot and we spend a lot of time sitting in the shade of the big porch in the afternoons. I don't use much technology besides my basic phone for taking calls. If I'm not at the house, I might be down at the village market or checking on something in the mandal nearby. People here don't expect things to be fancy or fast. They just want someone they can trust who lives right in the neighborhood. I've lived in this village my whole life and I don't plan on moving anywhere else. It is a quiet existence.
