T18 Innovations Private Limited is based out in the Medak district, specifically in the Ramachandrapuram Mandal area. We’re located in the BDL Housing Society at H No 106 LIG. It’s a bit of a distance from the main Hyderabad city center, which changes how we work. The society is a pretty established place, and having an office here means things are usually a bit calmer than in the high-traffic zones. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees. We are a small group of people working on various innovative ideas and tech projects. Our office is just a regular house that we’ve converted into a workspace. It has a kitchen, a couple of rooms for desks, and a lot of wires running around. We spend our days troubleshooting problems and trying to build new things. It’s not always easy being further out in Medak, but we make it work. Sometimes we have to head into the city for meetings, but mostly we stay here. The neighborhood is quiet, and we know our neighbors. We don’t have a big sign or a fancy entrance. We just do our work and try to keep the business going. It’s a humble setup, but it’s ours. We focus on the practical side of technology without the extra fluff you see in big offices. It feels more real to us this way. We usually wrap things up around six and head home.
