Sri Raghavendra Industries

If you head down Narasapur Road in the Medak District, you’ll find us in Hanuman Nagar. Sri Raghavendra Industries is set up here, and it’s a bit different from the offices in the big cities. We have more of an industrial feel to the place. It’s a bit dusty, and there’s usually some noise from the machinery or the trucks passing by on the road. Siddipet is a good place for us to be based. The space we have is mostly open, with a small section partitioned off for the desk work and the records. We don't have any carpeted floors or glass walls. It’s all concrete and metal, built for heavy use. Most of our day is spent making sure the operations are moving along. We deal with a lot of local folks and people from across the district. There’s a lot of manual work involved, so everyone here is used to getting their hands a bit dirty. We start early, usually before the sun gets too hot. By midday, it can get quite warm in the sheds, but we have big fans to keep the air moving. It’s a straightforward way of working. We don't use much jargon. If something needs fixing, we fix it. If a load needs to go out, we get it ready. It’s just the way things have always been done at Sri Raghavendra Industries. We’ve been at this address for a long time and the routine doesn't change much. Most of the guys know the machines inside out by now.
