Bhavishya Pharmaceuticals (P) Ltd.

Our place is out in Bollaram, right in the S.V. Co-Operative Industrial Estate at Plot No. 120B. It’s an industrial area, so there’s always trucks moving around and the sound of machinery in the distance. Being Bhavishya Pharmaceuticals (P) Ltd., we spend most of our hours inside the facility dealing with the daily grind of production and paperwork. The road outside can get pretty dusty during the summer months, and sometimes the electricity fluctuates, but we’ve got our routine down. It’s not the kind of office you’d see in a movie. It’s practical. We have desks piled with logs, and the smell of the lab is something you just get used to after a week. The team here is small, mostly people from around the local area who know how to put in a hard day's work. We eat our lunch together in the small break area, usually talking about the traffic or the weather. It gets really hot in this part of the world, so the fans stay on all day long. We don’t spend much time on fancy decorations or anything like that because there’s always something more urgent to attend to. Whether it’s checking a batch or making sure the supplies arrived on time, the day goes by pretty fast. We’ve been at this spot for a while, and even though the industrial estate is crowded, we like being part of the hub here. It’s just honest work in a busy corner of the city.
