You can find Microbax (India) Limited out at Sy No.- 59 in Nandiagama Village. It’s in the Patancheru area, which is a bit of a drive from the main city of Hyderabad. Being out here in the Medak district means we have a bit more space, but it’s still an industrial kind of environment. We work on things related to microbiology and agriculture. It’s a lot of lab work and monitoring things in the facility. It’s not the cleanest job sometimes, as we are dealing with biological products and stuff that goes into the soil. The staff here mostly lives nearby or commutes from the surrounding villages. We don't have a fancy corporate office with glass walls. Our place is more about function over form. The roads out here can be a bit rough, especially during the monsoon, but we manage. We spend our days checking batches and making sure the production is on track. It’s a quiet life compared to the city, but the work is steady. We don't go in for big speeches or marketing slogans. We just focus on the science and the products we make for the farmers and other clients who use them. It’s a practical, hands-on type of place. Most of us here prefer it that way. We know the land and we know the work we do matters to the people who buy our products. It’s just an honest day's work in Nandiagama.
