Phytica Biotech Private Limited

Our place, Phytica Biotech Private Limited, is out at 392, Allapur, in the Toopran Mandal area. It’s a bit of a drive to get out here, but we like the space and the quiet that comes with being away from the big city centers. We do a lot of work with plants and biological samples, so we have some lab equipment and a few growing areas set up around the property. It’s not a sterile, white-wall kind of lab you see in movies. It’s more of a working farm feel, where there is dirt on the floor and muddy boots by the door. We spend a lot of time outside checking on things and then coming back in to record what we saw. The weather really dictates our schedule out here in Toopran Mandal. If it’s raining, we stay inside and catch up on the logs. If it’s sunny, we’re out in the fields or the greenhouses. We have a small team of people who don't mind getting their hands dirty. We don't really have a marketing team or anything like that, just people who know a lot about biology and like working with the land. It’s a slow-paced life compared to the city, but there is always something that needs to be watered or measured. We just keep at it, trying to understand how things grow a little better every day without overcomplicating things.
