Our office for Osstech It Services Private Limited is actually inside a villa, specifically Villa 70 in the Praneeth Greenfield colony in Beeramguda. It’s a bit of a different setup than your usual office building since it’s located within a gated community. This makes for a much quieter environment than being right on a main Hyderabad road. The house number is 15 50/4/70, and it’s a place that feels very lived-in. We use the different rooms of the villa for different parts of our work. There’s a kitchen where we make our own coffee, and we often end up sitting in the small garden area for a few minutes when we need some fresh air or a break from the screen. It doesn’t feel like a corporate office at all, which is something we actually like. There are no cubicles here, just some tables pushed together in what used to be a living room. Being in Beeramguda means we are away from the busiest parts of the city, so the commute is a bit more relaxed for those of us who live nearby. It’s a simple, honest way to run a business. We don't have a big sign out front or a receptionist. If you come by, someone will probably just walk over from their desk to say hello and see what you need. It’s a practical and comfortable space where we just get our work done without any unnecessary polish or corporate structure. It's just us and our computers.
