Our office is in Apsara Chambers, which is located on K S Rao Road here in Mangalore. It’s a very well-known street, and we are quite close to the Girias showroom. If you know where that electronics shop is, you won't have any trouble finding our building. The road is usually packed with cars and people, especially in the evenings after office hours. Apsara Chambers is a busy building with lots of different offices and shops inside. We have our own space where we handle all the management institute work. It’s not a very big place, just some rooms partitioned off with glass and wood. The furniture is a bit older, and we have files stacked up in the corners. It’s a working office, so it looks like one. There's no fancy lounge or anything. People usually just come in, sit down on the plastic chairs, and talk to us about what they need for their education. K S Rao Road is great because you can find anything you need within walking distance. We often see the same people passing by our windows every day. The noise from the street is just part of the background here that we have gotten used to. We start our day early and deal with whatever comes our way. It’s a practical, no-nonsense kind of place. We don’t have a big team of people in suits; it’s just us local staff members running the show.
