Event Caliber

Event Caliber is located in Surathkal, specifically at Anupallavi on Canara Bank Cross Road. We’ve been working in the Mangalore area for some time now. Organizing an event here is different than doing it in a big city like Bangalore. You have to know the local traditions and the local vendors. We don't have a big fancy office. It’s a simple space where we meet and talk about what needs to happen for the next function. Whether it's a small birthday or a larger community event, we just try to get the details right. We spend a lot of time on the road, visiting sites and talking to people. Surathkal is a tight-knit place, and news travels fast, so we know we have to do a good job every time. We don't use a lot of technical jargon or try to sell people things they don't need. Usually, it’s just us sitting down with a notebook and figuring out the budget and the timeline. Sometimes the weather doesn't cooperate or a supplier lets us down, and we have to scramble to find a fix. That’s just part of the job. We enjoy the work because every day is a bit different. Being on Canara Bank Cross Road makes it easy for folks to drop by and see us. We’re just regular people helping our neighbors put on a good show. We try to keep things moving smoothly so the hosts can actually enjoy their own party.
