We operate out of D.No :14/5/5 in the Kuchikad area, over by Kalpena Kulshaker in Mangalore. Being in the Dakshinakannada region of Karnataka means we see a lot of different kinds of weather and people. Our work is mostly about facility management, which basically means we take care of things so other people do not have to. It is a lot of coordination and making sure the right people are in the right places. Sometimes we are dealing with maintenance issues and other times it is more about the day-to-day operations of a building. It is not the kind of job that gets a lot of praise, but it has to be done. We started this because we saw a need for it here in Mangalore 575005. Our office is not very large since we spend a lot of our time out at different sites. We have a few people who handle the paperwork and the phones while the rest are usually on the move. It can be a bit chaotic on Monday mornings when everyone is trying to figure out their schedule for the week. We just try to stay honest with our work and do what we said we would do. It is a local business through and through. We know the area well and we know what people expect from a service like ours. It is just steady, practical work for the community here.
