We are based in Thokottu, which is just outside Mangalore city. Our office is right near the over bridge, so it’s a landmark most people in the area recognize. We handle a bit of everything when it comes to organizing things. It’s a small operation here. We don't have a huge staff or a big corporate office. It is just a few of us making sure things get arranged properly. The space is filled with notebooks and schedules. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or meeting with people who need help with their plans. Being near the over bridge means there’s always a lot of traffic passing by, but we don't mind the noise. It feels like we are in the middle of things. We’ve been working in Thokottu for quite some time now. People around here know where to find us. We don't use any complicated systems. We just write things down and make sure we follow through. It’s a very hands-on kind of business. We aren't interested in sounding like a big company. We are just local people helping other local people get their stuff sorted out. Sometimes it's hard work, especially when everything happens at once, but we just take it one task at a time. It’s a straightforward way to live and work. We appreciate the people who come to us and we try to be helpful. It gets quite hot in the afternoons here.
