If you go right behind the Bejai Church, you will find us at a place called Gloria. We have been in this specific spot for a long time now. Being right there behind the church means we end up doing a lot of work for the local community and the families nearby. It is a very handy location for everyone. Our days usually start with checking what orders came in the night before. We do a lot of home-style cooking for people. It is not the kind of food you get at a expensive hotel, but it is exactly what people want for their birthdays or family reunions. We have a few big ovens and plenty of counter space for all the prep work we do. Sometimes the kitchen gets a bit chaotic when we have three different deliveries going out at the exact same time. We have had the same staff for many years, so we all know who is supposed to be doing what without even asking. We do not spend any money on big advertisements. We just rely on doing a decent job so people come back next time they need a caterer for a party. The Bejai area is home to us, and we like being part of the local neighborhood. We just keep our kitchen clean and our recipes simple. It is just us at Gloria, working away and making sure the food is ready on time.
