Madurai is a big city, but our spot in Sivakkadu has its own pace. We focus on skill training, so we have a lot of different people coming through our doors every week. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a regular building with some classrooms and an office area. We have some old desks and chairs that have seen a lot of use, but they still work fine. It gets pretty busy during the peak training hours. We spend our time organizing the classes and making sure the trainers have what they need to teach. Sometimes it’s a bit of a mess with papers everywhere, but we know where everything is. The local tea stall is just around the corner, which is where we usually go when we need a break. We don't have a polished corporate image. We are just a group of people in Madurai trying to help others get some training so they can find better work. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from morning until evening. We’ve been at this for a while now, and we’ve seen a lot of people come and go. Each day is a bit different depending on who shows up for class.
