You can find us out in Melur, over in the Madurai area. It is a bit of a drive from the main city center, but that keeps things a little quieter for the students. We are a polytechnic college, so we deal with a lot of hands-on stuff. The workshops and classrooms are where most of the action happens. It is not a shiny new office building; it is a place where things actually get done. The staff here are mostly from around Melur or Madurai, so we have a very local way of doing things. We do not really follow any fancy corporate styles when it comes to talking to people. If someone has a question, they just walk up and ask. The sun gets pretty hot out here, so we appreciate the shade when we can find it. We spend our days making sure the equipment is working and the students are following their lessons. It is a straightforward life. We are not trying to be the biggest or most famous place in Tamil Nadu. We just want to provide a solid place for local kids to learn a trade and get a job.
