Vincent & Company Pvt. Ltd. has its office at No.-212, Sekkalai Road. The building is one of those older ones with high ceilings and thick walls. It stays relatively cool even when it’s hot outside. We’ve been at this address for a long time. The street is always full of people and small shops selling all kinds of things. Inside our place, it’s a bit cluttered with stacks of paper and old wooden furniture. We aren't a big modern company with glass walls. We do things in a very traditional way. Most of our work involves keeping track of accounts and managing supplies. It’s a small team, and we’ve all been working together for years. We don't have a big mission statement or any corporate slogans. We just try to be honest in our dealings and get the work finished by the end of the day. The tea man comes around twice a day with hot chai, and that’s when we all take a short break together. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook and other days it’s very quiet.
